Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Luce D’Oro Club purchase.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All packaging (box, pouch, cloth, and tote bag) must be included

Non-returnable items:
- Worn or damaged products
- Items returned without original packaging

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
